Services Transition Contract: With the "bridge" contract underway, UFF and DCF are now finalizing the language in the transition contract. The transition contract will gradually move service capacity from DCF over to UFF during the rest of the fiscal year.

Final Peer Review: The DCF/CBC Peer Review Team, which includes members of our Community Alliance, is the statutory body that determines CBC readiness. The Peer Review Team will be in our district on October 7th to perform the final readiness review.

Eligibility Determination Unit: The Eligibility Determination Unit (f/k/a Revenue Maximization) is operational at UFF and has officially assumed all of the functions formerly done at DCF by Revenue Maximization.

Dependency Court Improvement Project: The Dependency Court Improvement Project (DCIP)is a collaborative effort between the courts, judges, Guardian Ad Litem program, DCF, UFF, and provider agencies involved in dependency court. The next DCIP meeting is scheduled for October 10th from 3:00 - 5:00 at the St. Lucie Courthouse in Fort Pierce.
